Responsibilities You will support 756 division projects by providing Contract Support Manager (CSM) support for the division's project requirements. You will prepare, compile, analyze and review the required documentation for supply requisitions You will analyze, advise, and assist in preparation of PR documentation and forms. You will create and/or processes all procurement actions for supplies and/or services in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) for the Division and approved external requirements. You will be responsible for transactions required through the Navy Enterprise Resource Program (Navy ERP) and Operating Materials and Supplies (OM and S) You will perform Program Management duties tracking cost, schedule and performance of procurement actions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications NO-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band NO-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing Contract Support Manager (CSM)/Contracting Officer Representative (COR) support, and perform Program Management duties tracking cost, schedule and performance of procurement actions. NO:03 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying knowledge of contract and procurement programs/activities, policies, and objectives to support program/project. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related GS-09: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education. Additional Information This position is in the Science & Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) Human Resource Management System pay band for Department of Defense laboratories. The pay schedule and pay band for all Administrative Specialist/Professional Positions will be NO-1/2/3/4/5/6. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
