In this Bookkeeper role, you will handle reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Furthermore, the Bookkeeper is responsible for a full cycle A/P, data entry, cash applications, coding, light journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation. Apply immediately!
Your responsibilities
Accounts Payable
Retain a general ledger
Skilled in credit card management and reconciliation
Manage monthly accounting close
Other distinguished projects when necessary
Administrate Accounts Receivable
Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Review monthly accounting close
Organize sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
Arrange cash flow projections, as needed
Assemble subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
Self-starter and strong ethical standards
Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Significant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Solid understanding of account reconciliation
Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
