Erickson Living Customer Service Supervisor in Pompton Plains, New Jersey

Cedar Crest is a beautiful 130-acre continuing care retirement community nestled in the Ramapo Mountains in Pompton Plains, a neighborhood of Morris County, New Jersey. We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor, also known as a Communications Supervisor to, support our award-winning retirement community.

How you will make an impact:

  • Greeting and directing residents and visitors.

  • Operating the switchboard and directs calls efficiently.

  • Alerting Security to all emergencies.

  • Assisting with sorting and distribution of residential and office mail.

  • Creating and maintaining bi-weekly work schedules for all Communications Staff.

  • Assisting with evaluation and coaching of the Communications Specialist.

What you will need:

  • Previous Office Management experience.

  • Previous experience covering a front desk or switchboard.

  • High School diploma or GED.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $23.25/hour
