First Choice Bank Full Time Teller (Pontotoc) in Pontotoc, Mississippi
High school diploma or GED required along with good credit. Prefer previous banking experience or a minimum of one year retail experience in handling money. Skills required:Customer service, ability to follow detailed instructions, Shift easily between tasks, work independently &/or in a shared environment. Problem solving, computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and be unafraid to learn new systems. Must be able to operate 10-key calculator. Will need to dress professionally. Accurately process customer transactions. To include, but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payoffs, official checks, etc. Maintain current knowledge of the bank's new deposit account opening procedures. Maintain current bank products and service knowledge. Execute daily operations including balancing and perform branch capture procedures. Answer phone calls. Maintain the safety and security of banking transactions documents and records. Protect the bank form unnecessary risk by following compliance, risk and operational procedures.
