Position Purpose
The PSSR is responsible for keeping track of inventory, receiving, and selling and parts.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Handles inbound parts inquiries for customers.
- Research and places parts orders from JCB and various vendors
- Direct ships parts to customers where appropriate
- Handles all customer inquiries in an efficient and responsive manner.
- Maintains parts inventory.
- Researches and advises technicians of parts and orders.
- Initiates sales calls to existing customers to replenish inventory.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills - ability to think outside the box
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Excellent oral and written communication with an emphasis on phone skills
- Ability to take direction well and work with minimal supervision
