JCB Inc. Parts Warehouse Associate in Pooler, Georgia
Position Purpose
This position is essential to ensure that JCB customer orders ship to schedule, while maintaining inventory accuracy and timely inbound receipts. A focus on reduction of error rates, complete cycle counts, 5S discipline and most importantly follow JCBs health and safety protocols.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Conduct daily functions properly as designated in the different work areas following SOPs
Become integral part of team in operation of housekeeping, 5S, quality control, receiving, picking, packing, cycle counting and shipping stock and emergency part orders
Cross-train to effectively perform in all warehouse functions

Reports to Operations Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre-employments tests as applicable.
- High school diploma
- One to two years of experience with parts and/or shipping and receiving in a related industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or Four-year degree
- Two to four years of experience with parts and/or shipping and receiving in a related industry
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, punctual and organized
- Experience with packaging and SAP or Similar WMS experience
- Team player and ability to perform tasks with little supervision
- Must always wear JCB safety vest and steel toe shoes (COVID-19 Mask Mandate)
- Experience with the following equipment:
- Forklift, radio frequency equipment, box stapler, familiar with paper machines
- Able to lift-up to 55 lbs. at times consistently following JCB safety protocols
- No sitting except breaks, constant standing in all areas all day
- Able to tolerate cold and or extreme hot temperatures on daily basis
- Able to pass future certification and operation of JCB MHE
