We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure an efficient flow in the dining area.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the hostess stand.
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries and takeout orders.
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist in coordinating special events and large parties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hosting role is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
