Job Description

WHAT'S THE JOB?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Support Specialist . As an Inside Sales Support, you will play a critical role in identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, as well as supporting our sales executives in closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, proactive outbound cold calls, targeted emails, and strategic utilization of social media platforms

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively position our products and services

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our offerings

  • Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory

  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and successfully close deals

  • Conduct effective online demos to prospects, showcasing the value of our solutions

  • Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

  • Track and report on key sales metrics and activities, providing regular updates to management on progress towards goals

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven inside sales experience, with a preference for B2B sales

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

  • Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Candidate can be located anywhere in Canada or the USA
