Region 10 PIHP Administrative Coordinator-SUD Prevention in Port Huron, Michigan

Essential Functions
An employee at this level is required to perform some or all of the following duties, which do not include all tasks to be performed:
- Leads the communication, coordination, implementation and management of service planning, initiatives, projects, and contract requirements on behalf of Region 10 PIHP with the SUD Prevention Services Provider Network
- Serves as the contact person/liaison for the SUD Prevention Providers
- Leads SUD Prevention Provider meetings
- Performs a wide variety of administrative functions utilizing MDHHS required systems including Michigan Prevention Database Service and EGrAMS
- Participates in the development/revision of monitoring tools; conducts annual site visits as well as annual program reviews, providing recommendations for improvement, and developing then communicating corrective action plans as needed
- Assures Prevention Providers receive timely updates regarding contract/grant requirements, project implementation, and other pertinent service delivery information
- Advances the principles of Evidence-based or Best Prevention practices including the evaluation of outcomes and service recipient satisfaction
- Coordinates the development and implementation of services for special populations and in targeted areas including research, training, project evaluation/outcome analysis, and seeking stakeholder input
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health or relevant field
- Experience working at Substance Use Disorder Coordinating Agency
- Experience in writing reports, analyzing data and administrative projects
- Experience in managing projects and teams
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in behavioral health field
- Experience working at Pre-Paid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) and/or Community Mental Health (CMH) and/or in the Healthcare field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience working within the PIHP's SUD or CMH Provider Network
- Knowledge of State of Michigan Medicaid Provider Manual
