Craftsmen Contractors LLC Commercial Journeyman Plumbers in Port St. Joe, Florida
Craftsmen Contractors is hiring Journeyman Commercial Plumbers for the Panama City, Florida area. This is for an ongoing commercial project working day shifts from Monday thru Friday. These positions are temp to permanent. Will need to pass a criminal background check.
Commercial Journeyman Plumber pay rate: $25 - $30/hr. depending on experience. A higher pay rate can be negotiated depending on experience.
No per diem is offered, but this can change for the right candidate.
Plumber Duties:
- Install, repair, or replace commercial water systems
- Service plumbing fixtures and equipment
- Provide job estimates
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance
Plumber Requirements:
- Previous commercial plumbing experience - at least 2 years.
- Reliable transportation to get to job site
- Familiar with various plumbing tools and methods
- Physical stamina
- Will need to have basic hand tools for the job and ALL PPE.
- Pass a criminal background check.
