Position Title :
Maintenance E/I Technician
Pay Rate :
$35.62/hr. to $46.80/hr. ($.68 to $1.83/hr. shift allowance)
Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills, and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.
Sign on Bonus :
New hires are eligible for up to $5,000 in relocation assistance for those that relocate more than 75 miles from the Port Wentworth Mill.

The Job You Will Perform:
Routine maintenance work
Ability to safely operate equipment in a heavy industrial environment
Diagnostics, repair, maintenance and calibration of instrumentation and electrical control systems
Troubleshooting all electrical, instrumental and process malfunctions, including mechanical power transmission equipment and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Repairing and overhauling automatic control valves, sensors, positioners, actuators, electrical AC/DC systems and related systems.
The Skills You Will Bring:
Must be 18 years or older
Eligible for employment in the US
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Able to function in a team environment.
5 or more years of Heavy Industrial Maintenance Experience in any of the following skill areas: Instrumentation, Electrical, or both Instrumentation and Electrical
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in any of the IP Core Maintenance skills or related disciplines. (Instrumentation or Electrical)
Relevant work experience in an industrial environment.
Strong math/physics understanding.
Instrumentation background on the Instrumentation Electrical side.
