Aerotek Customer Relations Specialist (remote - must sit in MI) in Portage, Michigan

Job Duties:

  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection

  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet

  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately

  • Properly handle approximately 100 inbound/outbound calls per day

  • Follow up with all customer inquiries in a timely manner to effectively maximize every opportunity

  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals and objectives

  • Use the internal proprietary software and technology

  • Participate in regular training on products and clients

  • Filter leads on behalf of clients


  • Typing 35 Words per Minute - required

  • Client/Customer Experience required, Call Center preferred

  • Production driven environment (experience meeting and exceeding sales, production goals)

  • Strong verbal AND written communication ability

  • 85% on the phone communication daily AND internal and external email communication

Monday - Friday: availability will range from 9AM - 10PM Saturday - Sunday: availability will range 9AM - 8PM

1 weekday and 1 weekend off per week

Will receive schedule 1 month in advance
