Job Description: We are currently seeking a sharp, enthusiastic, and experienced Help Desk Specialist to provide technical assistance to our internal staff. The ideal candidate will provide support related to computer systems, hardware, or software issues. This position requires a customer-centric individual having strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to queries over the phone or via email.

  • Track all help desk interactions and document resolutions.

  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

  • Coordinate with other teams or specialists to resolve complex issues.

  • Ensure all IT procedures are followed; recommend process improvements when required.

  • Assist in conducting staff training sessions on the use of hardware and software systems.

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.

  • Evaluate, test, and report problem patterns and trends.

Requirements:

  • An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree will be considered a plus.

  • At least two years’ experience in a help desk support role.

  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other widely used software applications.

  • Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills.

  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays.

  • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong customer service ethic and a passion for helping others.
