Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Manager, Sales - Training - Specialized Individual Contributor in the Medical Devices industry, located in Portage, Michigan. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our transformation program, focusing on developing strategies for sales training, change management, and communications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the sales-facing communication and training strategy.

• Work in tandem with various teams to understand change impacts and develop strategies for their deployment to the sales force.

• Collaborate with the training team and Business Process Experts to develop impactful and timely training for sales teams.

• Conduct regular update meetings and create materials for sales councils.

• Schedule and host virtual training sessions and system demos for end users.

• Collect, distribute, and analyze sales training analytics regularly.

• Ensure all communications and trainings align with the brand and are reviewed and approved according to established procedures.

• Provide support to Global Applications and Interdependency teams and Branch and Agency communications.

• Assist in other deployment communications as needed.

• Take ownership of and deliver Live site sales training. Requirements • Must possess strong communication skills, including effective communication and communication skills.

• Proven sales experience in the medical devices industry.

• Previous experience in training, including materials handling and workstation support, is crucial.

• Familiarity with standard procedures and approval processes within the medical devices industry.

• Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights using analytics.

• Knowledge of quality control and review processes in the medical devices industry.

• Project management skills, including the ability to execute and manage deployments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

• Experience in brand awareness strategies and graphic design will be beneficial.

• Ability to schedule meetings, conduct demos, and manage sales teams effectively.

• Experience in change management and transformation projects.

• Ability to develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
