Seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a renowned leader in the Medical Device Industry!
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in the development, design, and testing of novel airway sensing technology. This position requires expertise in mechanical engineering, flow analysis, and sensing technologies.
Responsibilities
Aid in the development, design, and testing of novel airway sensing technology.
Perform flow analysis and sensing.
Utilize NDIR for CO2 monitoring, ultrasonic for flow monitoring, and MEMS-based pressure sensing for airway pressure.
Essential Skills
10 years of Mechanical Engineering experience
Proficiency in NDIR for CO2 monitoring
Experience with ultrasonic for flow monitoring
Knowledge of MEMS-based pressure sensing
Strong design and development skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in mechanical design and new product development
Experience in the medical device industry
Work Environment
This is a remote position, but you must be able to travel to Seattle once a month for several days at a time. The role offers 2 weeks of PTO and 6 paid holiday
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00
