As our Senior Analyst, Integration you will support our newly created Corporate Integration Center of Excellence.
What You Will Do
Technical Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of integration excellence and recommend tradeoffs within projects using reporting tools and data.
Assist in the development of the project scope using reporting tools and data.
Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline. Assist in the development of a detailed project work breakdown structures.
Collaborate in the development of the budget using reporting tools and data.
Participate in the development of integration project planning and execution
Partner in the establishment of risk management plans and support effective risk analysis and risk mitigation planning for the IMO.
Establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external IMO cross functional stakeholders.
Produce weekly and monthly IMO metric reports using dashboards and metrics to measure success.
Contributes data analysis expertise for short- and long-term lessons learned opportunities.
Manages existing integration resources and processes such as the maintenance of the connect site, updates to workbooks and playbooks, supporting LEIC and trading lane committees.
Supports all integration council events and publications.

What You Will Need
Bachelor's of Science Degree or equivalent & 2+ years of work experience is required
Skilled in Microsoft applications
PowerBI experience highly preferred
PM certification preferred
Ability to present data in meaningful way
