We facilitate a one-stop, cost-effective solution for dry material waste at the optimal level for residential and commercial customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \' Sort and separate incoming materials \' Visually screen loads for prohibited materials \' Help maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment \' Provide excellent customer service and guidance/direction as needed \' Other tasks and duties, as assigned by a supervisor MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS: \' Professional, punctual, and highly motivated work ethic \' Must work well in team environment \' Ability to work overtime as needed \' Available for weekend and closing shifts \' Must be safety conscious and aware of physical surroundings at all times \' Familiarity with construction building materials is a plus \' Ability to work in extreme weather (ie: rain, snow, hot, cold...) \' Ability to safely lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, as well as bend, stoop reach, and walk on uneven surfaces \' Willingness to cross-train on other functions \' Required to pass standard drug screening and background check \' Bilingual is a plus
