As leader you will create strong partnerships across the business to ensure delivery of our Supply Chain strategies in line with our Growth agenda. You will be responsible for Leading, coaching and developing our Plant multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that will increase our Reliability, Productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Your goal will be to establish an Agile and synchronized Supply chain.
How you will contribute
You will:
Work cross functionally to develop and implement a strategic Maintenance & Reliability roadmap, and an annual operating plan which are competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Partner with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals. Establish a strong governance to review and control the effectiveness of the Maintenance & Reliability program, its contribution to the overall plant goals, and its progress toward best in class.
Build, lead and be accountable for the maintenance & repairs execution, the reliability, and the facilities & utilities programs, as well as the team capabilities to execute them. Accountable to ensure adherence to business continuity plan, manufacturing standards and government regulations are understood by all employees/services providers at the site, regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
Provide leadership and coaching to the Maintenance organization toward implementation of IL6S –Integrated Lean 6 Sigma– ways of working: delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operations plans; PM (Progressive Maintenance) pillar, and CBM (condition-based monitoring), visual controls & tools management., lubrication management & calibration of equipment(s), etc.
Role model values and principles through effective coaching and mentoring and build skills across the Plant technical team to engage with latest modern practices. Have a clear people succession and resource plan for his team, identifying and implementing levers to attract, retain and develop critical talent.
Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities, in order to deliver the company objectives, and goals.
What you will bring

Strong operational, manufacturing and maintenance leadership experience in CPG industry, with experience in TPM –Total productive maintenance, 5S, Lean, 6 sigma tools and concepts, safety & GMP standards.
An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, spare parts management, SAP PM module knowledge, technology & engineering automation basics.
Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building.

Job Responsibilities:
Aggressively implements & maintains the plant Progressive Maintenance Improvement Plan and Roadmap aligned with plant / Business Unit priorities.
Proactively evaluates & leads refinement of overall equipment reliability plans, strategies, equipment performance & RCA/BDA effectiveness.
Manages both production and facility/utility asset maintenance & infrastructure to ensure the most effective use of resources & funding balanced for both short- & long-range plans in addition to plant production assets.
Champions a proactive preventative/proactive driven culture that optimizes cost effective maintenance & reliability for the plant. Ensures necessary skillsets are developed, refined & maintained.
Supports the plant teams in reviewing/developing operating standards, line speeds, Global Efficiency (GE), etc, to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
Coaches, mentors and develops Maintenance leadership staff.Coordinate production equipment and facility maintenance activities at the plant, including capital projects with support of corporate Engineering to maximize equipment reliability, efficiency, and cost.
Ensure that all maintenance activities pertaining to the adherence to/implementation of people safety and risk management regulations and procedures, according to the company policies and FM Global recommendations, are executed.
Champion GE improvement initiatives, as well as selection, implementation, and monitoring of equipment reliability improvement plans.
Responsible for ensuring products are produced in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Is responsible for ensuring that all applicable safety and GMP procedures are understood and adhered to.
Understands and follow Manufacturing food safety systems and procedures.
Is responsible for ensuring that all food safety and quality issues are brought to the immediate attention of the Quality Manager.

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's in Engineering
Job specific requirements:
Minimum15 years of experience in a Maintenance role, or a combination of Maintenance, Engineering and Manufacturing, with a minimum of 8 years in leadership roles.
Previous experience with Proactive Maintenance and other TPM(Total Preventive Maintenance) or related Integrated Lean Six Sigma reliability programs a plus.
Demonstrates excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interpret drawings, technical manuals, specifications and regulations.
Demonstrates ability to develop corporate/business relationships along with keen business acumen and a solid understanding of the maintenance costs.
Demonstrates hands-on leadership and coaching abilities.
Able to demonstrate several examples of empowering, developing & motivating people.
Demonstrates effective problem resolution skills combined with "big picture" awareness.
Demonstrates high level of interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to lead and participate in a multi-functional, team-based environment.
Demonstrates ability to engage with government authorities/enforcement agencies, professional associations, business schools/university, etc.
Physical effort: work normally requires a low level of physical effort in bending, lifting and manual dexterity.
Computer/telephone use is moderate.
Ability to stand for long periods of time is essential.
Frequent walking.
Work normally requires a moderate level of mental effort in reading, creating written documentation, meeting deadlines, problem solving, handling multiple demands and repetitive tasks, amid constant interruptions and distractions.
Must understand and prioritize Good Manufacturing Practices, People and Food Safety considerations into daily decision making and prioritization efforts.
Travel requirements:
Some occasional travel to attend meetings/audits as needed locally.
Work schedule:
M-F Business hours. (Flexibility on weekends)
