Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will care for patients who require a higher intensity of care than a medical surgical, including a higher level of cardiac care. The typical patient needs cardiac monitoring and administration of cardiac medication.
You will provide assessment and care of cardiac and critically ill patients.
In this role you will demonstrate your knowledge of cardiac telemetry monitoring to provide excellent care to the patient population.
You will monitor, record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
You will recognize and respond to changes in a patient’s condition.
Coordinating a patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team will also be part of your job.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
ACLS or successful completion of ACLS within three months of hire.
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
