Aston Carter Sales Administrator in Post Falls, Idaho

Description

Aston Carter is partnering with a local Manufacturing company to find a skilled Sales Admin to join our team! This is an in-office position which focuses on providing quality service to our customers. This individual would provide support to the outside sales team by generating quotes and processing and reviewing orders.

• Responsible for generating quotes and the processing, reviewing and editing of customer orders

• Manage customer relations to include lead times, expectations and perceptions

• Coordinates with internal departments to resolve problems and assure that appropriate service is provided

• Educates account and business partners regarding products for assigned accounts

• Cultivates strong working relationships with assigned accounts and business partners

• Proactively work with existing customers to identify new opportunities within other segments of the account

• Preparation and creation of reports using Excel

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or technical discipline; or equivalent 2+ years of related experience preferred

• Excellent verbal communication, writing, and telephone manner

• Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of SAP a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00
