Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic and play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational capabilities of our production equipment. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs. Day-to-day tasks will include setting up and tearing down equipment, executing major repairs, and engaging in construction and installation of new plant equipment. Address preventive maintenance requirements on conveyor systems and production machines and tackle advanced maintenance duties using a variety of tools.
Skills
5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
Proficiency in reading mechanical schematics
Experience with welding
Pay
$28 per hour to start + $1.50 per hour shift differential
Work Environment
You will work in an air-conditioned industrial environment. The position is for the 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday, with initial training on the 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm. Occasional overtime opportunities are available before shift by extending work hours, or on Saturday mornings.
