What you will do

The Digital Transformation Engineer is responsible for maintaining quality records, coordinating change control documentation, proposing and developing corrective action plans, conducting investigations, preparing reports, assessing current quality systems, and facilitating audits and inspections. You will also assist in the development and review of standard operating procedures for interactions with contract manufacturers:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for digital transformation.

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital transformation and provide thought leadership to the organization.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful delivery of digital projects.

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to improve manufacturing processes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization

  • Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Design, develop, and implement digital solutions, including PoCs and MVPs, to address business challenges and opportunities

  • Utilize a variety of digital tools and technologies to create innovative solutions

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders throughout the development process

  • Prepare documentation and training materials to support the deployment and adoption of digital solutions

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital transformation

  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in digital transformation

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Proven experience in designing and developing digital solutions, including PoCs and MVPs

  • Expertise in BI tools like Power BI and Tableau

  • Experience with PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and similar tools

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools including SQL, Alteryx, and Databricks

  • Hands-on experience in programming (Python or R)

  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and their application in data analysis

  • Strong learnability and passion for digital transformation

  • Strong knowledge of process criteria and regulations and business impact of decisions and actions

  • Experience in leading quality control initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends and recommend appropriate actions

  • Ability to assess current quality systems and recommend improvements in order to enhance quality and reduce cycle time
