This position reports into the Productivity Manager and is based in Prague, Czechia.

What You Will Do
The RGM Analyst will a part of the dynamic RGM team within the Customer Development function for EMEA region. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to driving meaningful change, and shape RGM future for Kenvue EMEA.
This position engages with all RGM leads of pricing, portfolio and promotion, providing comprehensive analytical support to each pillar.
Conducting in depth analysis and collaborating with cross functional teams this role contributes to development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Amongst other key responsibilities is data analytics, tool testing, maintenance of RGM hub and training material.
Responsibilities
Conduct in depth analysis to generate actionable insights to support pricing, promotion and portfolio managers.
Support in tool launch and management.
Conduct regular testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical models.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure tool development is on track and deliverables completed in time.
Power BI developments for ad hoc reports building.
Oversee organization and maintenance of RGM SharePoint.
Ensure accessibility and accuracy of information stored on the SharePoint
Implement improvements and updates to enhance usability and efficiency.
Collect, organize, and update training materials related to Revenue Growth Management.
Facilitate the development of educational materials to enhance business capabilities in RGM
Provide ad hoc analytical support to various RGM initiative and projects.
Assist in administrative tasks, documentation, PO management and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field
2-3 years of Analytical, problem solving, and organizational experience
Clear communication skills
Ability to work in an agile working environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Power BI
Affinity towards data and ability to navigate through large complex data.
Fluent in English – other language skills would be advantageous.
