HOSPITAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER HEMATOLOGY/IMMUNOLOGY (m/f)

Shire is currently recruiting for a Hospital Key Account Manager (m/f) to join our Commercial Hematology/Immunology Team in the Czech Republic.
This position is offered on a permanent and full-time basis.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Hospital Key Account Manager at Shire, you will have the opportunity to be part of a cross-functional team and collaborate with colleagues from our Sales, Marketing, Value Demonstration & Access and Medical departments. You will focus on our Hematology & Immunology portfolio.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible:
to build relationships with key decision makers and negotiates contracts with buying organizations in Hospitals.
to develop and maintain productive relationships with key administrative and key decisional stakeholders in order to influence decisional processes to facilitate the Hospital business.
to manage tenders to build successful Shire presence in the major Hospital and Hospital chains accounts.
to contribute to harmonize and target sales efforts across the Hospital Business to maximize all market.
to actively and strategically drive product sales in hospitals, intensive care units, hospital pharmacies, hemophilia centers and hematologists.
to differentiate and drive awareness for Shires product portfolio in the AHA market segment
for the execution of product strategy in alignment with Marketing and Sales Management.
to develop and implement Account Activity Plans and Quarterly Reviews with cross functional team.
to conduct strategic customer analysis, customer planning and customer segmentation.
to facilitate and maintain cross-functional communication habits.
to coordinate customer activities in cross-functional collaboration (Business Lead, Marketing, Franchise Head, Medical, Value Demonstration & Access, Legal).
for the organization of local P2P/ Round Table events.
to participate in national and selected international congresses.
for market and competitive intelligence gathering.
scientific or medical degree
strong track record of delivery in Sales, National Accounts and Bids procedures,
business fluency in Czech and English language and strong communication and presentation skills,
treasure an active, interdisciplinary and collaborate team approach,
positive and problem solving “can-do” attitude and a natural drive to achieve success,
valid driving license and a valid work permit, both for the Czech Republic
