Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic commercial team at Philips Personal Health CZ&SK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key retail accounts. Your efforts will directly impact our mission to drive operational excellence, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners.
Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and sales.
Analyze the customer assortment based on market data, understanding consumer & customer trends
Drive listing of new products
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, and finance) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Collaborate with Philips Field Sales team to ensure proper execution at store level
Prepare and present regular account performance reports and product forecasts.
Drive the implementation of long-term strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Requirements:
University-level education
Proven experience in key account management, sales, or a similar role within
Previous experience with FMCG or Drug channel appreciated
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional presentation, communication and relationship-building abilities.
Results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in English
Czech/Slovak native language is required
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
