Core Responsibilities

  • Act as commercial excellence partner to the General Manager and Sales team in our Business Unit Czech Republic & Slovakia

  • Be responsible for the local annual commercial planning process, including the Customer Business Planning cycle

  • Own and lead the local Sales Process & Planning (e.g., Long-term channel strategies, commercial project's ownership).

  • Support the Commercial Excellence Agenda (e.g., Identify and implement new routines & business process, evolution of Sales capabilities)

  • Support optimization of trade investments in BU via the implementation of customer segmentation model (partnering with Finance)

  • Take on regional leadership on selected commercial topics / projects

  • Have active role in shaping regional and global Customer Development agenda and strategies

Customer Development team inCEEMEA (Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa)acts as a commercial partner to our markets (General Managers and Sales teams) in making smart commercial decisions to reach more kids in a sustainable way.

These decisions include, among other, channel strategy, assortment strategy and listings, customer segmentation and sales excellence; and are articulated in local commercial plans led by the team.

As a regional team, we translate the global Customer Development agenda into regional priorities, in addition to identifying specificCEEMEAinitiatives.

The team has two legs where part of team has broad regional responsibilities and part supports directly specific Business Units on the ground, to ensure proximity to customers and GM.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in Sales Function on senior level such as Senior Key Account Manager, Senior Customer/Channel Development manager or related

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to think conceptually (critical to develop regional/global concepts and strategies such as channel strategy, local growth opportunities)

  • Strong process and project management skills to deploy and lead local and regional sales processes, strong sense of delivery

  • Superior stakeholder management and communication skills – ability to align and influence people across cultures and different seniority levels (from Account Manager to General Manager)

  • Comfortable in MS Office tools (XLS, PPT)

  • Team player comfortable working in matrix organization while being able to work independently as well

  • Proficiency in both written and oral English with excellent verbal and written skills

  • Czech language is a strong advantage
