Excellent Physiatry Physician Opportunity in Prescott, AZ (90 minutes from downtown Phoenix, AZ)
Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Group is seeking a full-time outpatient Physiatry Physician to join our established practice in Prescott, AZ.
Under direction from the CMO, this physician with advanced training and experience in the diagnosis and management of memory loss, Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementia disorders. The key aspects of the dementia care role include prevention, the diagnostic process (including timely diagnosis, dementia staging, and differentiating dementia subtypes), communication of the diagnosis to the patient, and postdiagnosis management.

Responsibilities
This role is needed due to increased volume and expansion of the service line.
Joining employed group in PM&R. 1 Physician and 3 APP's.
Patient Population: 50% Medicare. Large retirement population.
Volume: 14 Patients per day. Every 30 minutes.
No inpatient. No consults.
40 hrs per week 5x8's or 4x10's.
Procedures: Interventional Spine Procedures, ultrasound guided procedures, therapeutic botox injections and OMT.
No call.
Surgery center block time for interventional spine procedures.
In-office Fluoroscopy procedure room available.
Qualifications
MD/DO
BE/BC in Interventional Pain
PM&R Fellowship
Medical state license
Interventional Spine Training Preferred
Pay Range
$124.95 - $160.18 /hour
