Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Prescott Valley, Arizona
Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team located in Prescott Valley, Arizona. This role is pivotal in the management and enhancement of our hiring processes, performance management, compliance, and policy development. This role will also require strong leadership skills and the ability to manage employee relations within our team. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Nurture a positive working environment by building and managing employee relations
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Requirements • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a Human Resources department.
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes, compliance regulations, and employment laws.
• Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Experience in managing employee relations and performance management processes.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using HR software and computer systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.
