Responsibilities:
Must be willing & understand need to engage customers early in the sales process
Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectables
Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
Produces additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers
Who are we looking for?
2+ years of verifiable experience as a dealership F&I Manager
CDK experience, a plus!
Documentation of successful track record in sales and customer satisfaction
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($139,200.00 to $230,400.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
