Job description
Bakers prepare bakery products, finish donuts, merchandise products, clean equipment and work areas and serve guests. This position requires working as a team to have all menu items available for the opening of the restaurant at the designated time.
Responsibilities
Produces bakery products and finishes donuts
Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
Operational Standards
Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
Skills and Qualifications
Fluent in English
Capable of counting money and making change
Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
