The Executive Director, OCEO plays a crucial role in translating the ETS’s strategic vision into actionable plans and successful outcomes. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective execution of strategic initiatives and projects, driving the company towards its long[1]term goals and objectives. This role works closely with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to oversee the implementation of strategic plans and monitor progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks along the way.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and refine the organization's strategic vision and goals.

Help develop, refine, and update strategic plans that align with the overall company objectives.

Lead implementation of strategic initiatives and projects, breaking them down into manageable tasks and timelines.

Track progress and ensure alignment with established objectives.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives.

Regularly monitor and evaluate performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Identify potential risks and challenges that may hinder the successful execution of strategic plans

Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address uncertainties.

Foster open communication and collaboration across teams to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities in executing the strategic initiatives.

Facilitate regular updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Partner with senior leaders on resource planning and allocation to support the execution of strategic initiatives.

Optimize resource utilization and ensure alignment with project priorities.

Continuously assess and improve the execution process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Act as a change agent, guiding teams through the implementation of strategic initiatives and addressing any resistance to change that may arise.

Provide guidance and support to team members involved in strategic execution, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver successful outcomes.

Manage OCEO team working on the day to day on strategic implementation.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate high-level strategies into practical action plans.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Knowledge of performance measurement techniques and KPIs.

Familiarity with risk management and change management principles.

Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Strong organizational and time management skills.

A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering outcomes on time and within budget.

Experience:

Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.

Master's degree preferred.

10+ years of proven experience in strategic planning and execution, project management, or a similar role.
