The Director/ Executive Director, Subsidiary Finance and GTM will be responsible for leading, managing, constructing, rationalizing,

and implementing an overall financial management and go-to-market (GTM) strategy at the regional/ subsidiary level for the existing

and new ETS portfolio of ETS products and services. This position will closely coordinate its actions and plans with various organizations

at ETS such as Finance, Tax, TOEFL and TOEIC Product Management groups, as well as the GMS Corporate Finance team.

Critical key countries and geographies for this function include, but are not limited to, China, India, Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

This function is not to replace, but rather to partner, organize, augment, provide support, and work closely with the ETS subsidiaries and country

distributors to achieve overarching business goals of the ETS enterprise and the GMS SBU. The Executive Director will also be responsible for

coordinating

with the subsidiaries on financial reporting, budgeting process, strategy, other ad-hoc requests and, in general, coordinate between

the subsidiaries and Corporate

to improve communication, complete tasks, and enhance processes

  • Have visibility and accountability to the regional P&Ls for ETS at the enterprise level, inclusive of the subsidiary businesses and revenuecoming to ETS through our global distributors. Initial focus will be on TOEFL, TOEIC, and GRE portfolio of products.

  • Works closely with the program owners as well as the local entities (BV and other subsidiaries) to deliver program specific volumes, revenues,and net at the regional level and report progress to GMS leadership and ETS leadership.

  • Works closely with all ETS subsidiaries and representatives to complete annual budgets, strategy plans, monthly reporting,other ad-hoc requests and to ensure improvement of processes between ETS and its subs.

  • Works closely with ETS functions in the US such as Legal, Tax, Finance, Product, and Marketing groups to ensure properstructures and planning is put in place to support short-term and long-term objectives of ETS for the territory, including expansioninto new or existing regions.

  • Rationalizes all ETS current and future planned activities for the territory, i.e., creates and maintains country “gameplans” for product groupswhen entering new markets.

  • Provides insights into specific market conditions impacting ETS’s current and new products and services for short-term and long-term.

  • Engages in prioritization discussions on ETS investments and initiatives in the territory.

  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

  • Successful experience in managing global businesses in country or through close engagements with regional teams.

  • P&L responsibility for a range of diverse products and services in global markets

  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams or departments to reach consensus on a business growth strategy.

  • Familiarity with Global ETS products and services would be an asset.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced team environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in related fields such as: Business Administration,

  • Marketing or other areas combined with relevant work experience.

  • At least 7+ years of combined experience in a combination of product management, business management, consulting, or marketing
