job summary:
This Senior Indicent Admin will be responsible for technical oversight of the production support environment. The candidate will need solid communication, technical and documentation skills. This is a role which
requires strict attention to detail and the ability to multitask. It is highly preferred that this individual currently has and will maintain an understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an IT department.
3+ years' experience in training/knowledge transfer of administration
Good analytical skills
Process oriented
General working knowledge of Linux & Windows OS
General working knowledge of Apache, Tomcat & IIS Manager services
3+ Years hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and administration skills
3+ Years hands-on experience with batch development skills
Effectively prioritize workload
Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities
Analyze/assess current environment; make recommendations/enhancements/modifications/changes to improve efficiency
? Initial investigation to validate an issue
? Assemble technical team
? Communicate with Business and stakeholders
? Schedule and facilitate team meetings
? Coordinate team efforts through final resolution
? Construct complete and comprehensive documentation
? On-call (Stand By) rotation (Not immediate, but after a period of time)
