As a Senior Coordinator, Customer Care, you will drive customer satisfaction by managing orders from receipt to delivery with precision and timely communication. Collaborating with supply chain and internal teams, you’ll resolve issues, improve processes, and proactively address challenges while building strong customer relationships. Your work will directly impact operational success and customer trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Handle customer orders from receipt to delivery, including updates and cancellations.

  • Supply Coordination: Monitor orders, check availability, and address supply chain issues promptly.

  • Customer Updates: Communicate order status and supply issues, ensuring alignment with policies.

  • Issue Resolution: Manage returns, complaints, disputes, and credit adjustments.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide reports, process documentation, and participate in customer calls.

  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for seamless support.

You bring:

  • Associate’s degree

  • 2 years of practical experience in B2B Customer Care /and or supply chain/ logistics activities

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Internet

  • Understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution Module preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Knowledge of Dietary Supplements, Retail, and/or Pharma applications a plus
