Overview Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. Our facility in Proctor, MN consists 5 cottages/suites and up to 56 residents. We provide the utmost quality of care with an emphasis on person-centered care planning in our home like atmosphere. We believe our caregivers are the foundation to our success. You have come this far so you must be curious . what s different about us? WE DO NOT MANDATE - You work your shift and go home. Overtime pay after 8 hours. High staff to resident ratio that results in more personalized care towards residents! We have full and part time available and many open shifts on block scheduling so you always know your schedule. We offer at least $17.00 starting wage and increase from there depending on experience and licensure, plus shift differentials for EVENING and NOC Shifts.
