HOMEBEE ADULT FOSTER CARE LLC Residential House Manager in Proctor, Minnesota
We are looking for a highly motivated house manager to help our individuals manage their daily activities and outcomes. House manager will oversee staff to ensure daily operations run smooth and effectively. -Must have a firm understanding of maintaining and planning staff and residential schedules. -Ensure that staff complete daily objectives -Being responsible for the over site of the residents medical appointments, work schedules and social outings. -Provide over site of all household activities ensuring timely and high quality completion of tasks by all staff. -Provide leadership to ensure daily operations exceed service standards. -Accept and accomplish special assignments delegated by supervisor. -Encourage positivity and person centered care of all individuals. -Develop menu plans in accordance to healthy eating lifestyle and the dietary needs of the individuals -Report to supervisor on a weekly basis, the individuals budget plans and needs. Respond timely and appropriately to emergency situations.
