REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 03/03/2025-11/1/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 7 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 0 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen, criminal background check.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Fruit/Vegetable Production: Duties to include, but not limited to: Workers may drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store vegetables. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor and drive tractor in field to till soil and plant/cultivate crop. Perform variety of other duties such as lubricating and repairing farm machinery. May plan and schedule plowing, cultivating and harvesting operations. Plant, cultivate, harvest, & pack vegetables (boxes, buckets & crates). Lay plastic, setting plants, weeding (w/hoe & by hand), driving stakes, grading/sorting in field only (field packing) and activities associated with vegetable production. General Conditions: If work is available beyond normal workdays, employer may offer, but not require, worker an opportunity to work additional hours. Workers will report to work at designated time and place as directed by assigned employer each day. workers may be requested to ten (10) hours per day depending on conditions in fields and the maturity of the crops. Also, workers may be requested to work on federal holidays and their Sabbath but will not be required.
