Family Service of Rhode Island Inc.* Clinical Supervisor, Children's Mobile Crisis in Providence, Rhode Island

Position Summary:Participate as a leader and active team-member to support the behavioral health of clients accessing services at FSRI. Responsible for supervising the Childrens Mobile Crisis within the CCBHC.Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. Supervises clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists to implement children mobile crisis assessment and follow-up. Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment. Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Independent Clinical License required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Experience providing treatment in a behavioral health setting and a minimum of 1year prior clinical supervisory experience required.
- Experience providing emergency evaluation is a plus.
- Skilled in operating variousmedicalrecord software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
- Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
- Flexible schedule with some evenings.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
Physical Requirements:This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:
- Current drivers license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Travel to and from clients residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
- Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements.
