Overview
Position Overview:
The Senior Product Management Coordinator will support the Source product management team in driving product development and delivery. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that product initiatives align with company goals. The Sr. PM Coordinator will ensure seamless execution and communication throughout the product lifecycle. They will work closely with the Product Managers and Engineering; preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
Your Impact:
Requirements Backlog Hygiene: Manage and maintain work items such as features and epics to ensure updated priority of critical project deliverables
Documentation Management: Create, update, and manage comprehensive product documentation, including roadmaps, feature specifications, user guides, FAQs, and release notes.
Product Reporting and Stakeholder Communications: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project-related status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment on product objectives. Categorize, refine, and track features that provide substantial value to customers.
Meeting and Workshop Coordination: Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings and workshops for requirements clarification and execution. Segment customer needs to inform future market and product positioning.
Product Coordination: Organize and oversee product development schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
Product Vision and Planning: Support the development and communication of a clear product vision and project plans that aligns with Source’s goals and market needs. Support product roadmap definitions by collaborating with Product Management Leads and prioritize features based on their business and customer impact.
What You Bring:
4+ years of experience in product management coordination or a related role, previous experience in a SaaS organization is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Jira, ADO, Visio)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Geographic Responsibility: While this role is based out of our office in Alexandria, VA, you have the flexibility to reside anywhere in the U.S.
Type of Employment: Full-time, permanent position.
Travel Percentage: Less than 5%.
FLSA Classification (USA Only): Exempt.
