Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. Perform a variety of food preparation duties such as preparing cold foods, slicing, portioning, and receiving and stocking orders. Clean dishes, pots, pans, utensils,and equipment. General cleaning tasks and trash removal. Must perform pre and post peak-season cleaning and set up of facility. Restaurant open 7 days per week. Rotating work days, shifts and days off. 35 hours per week. Work to occur between 6am to 11:00pm. Includes weekends , nights, and holidays.
