QUALTRICS, LLC Lead Operations Program Manager in PROVO, Utah
Qualtrics, LLC seeks Lead Operations Program Manager in Provo, UT.
Duties:
• Lead efforts to improve our tools and processes across our service lines as well as any interactions between our service lines and other departments of Qualtrics like engineering, sales, finance, and product.
• Manage the systems and digital journeys of our Services Team members, including:
o Systems/Vendors/Digital Journeys that are primarily Services facing.
o Provisioning of the Qualtrics product, but not the Product itself.
o Support to administer and continuously improve those systems.
• Act as product owners for different services capabilities:
o Services Pre-Sales -- (eg SFDC & Get Help for Services Delivery Requests Tech and Solution Architect Journey);
o Provisioning Automation -- (eg License Management System & Brand Creation and Account Update Tickets);
o Project and Resource management -- (eg Mavenlink, Coda, Smartsheet, Asana, etc);
o Account Management -- (eg Odo's Account pages and Alerts);
o &nb sp; Digital -- (eg Gainsight and Customer Hub internal facing tech);
o Case Management & Ticketing -- (eg Odo Ticketing).
• Own the Services Backlog for our different engineering resources:
o SFDC Eng for Services Backlog;
o Data Eng for Services Backlog;
o Accounts, Customer Eng (ACE) ;
o Services Systems Eng (SSE for Odo Ticketing).
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field plus 5 years of related experience. Requires any amount of experience in all of the following:
• Formal large scale Program Management
• Operational process design
• Change management with complex technical components, for large cross-functional organizations
• Multilayered root cause analysis and solution design
• Executive Stakeholder management
• Business transformation leadership
