Overview:
The Service Account Manager develops long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, promoting Encore’s full range of products and services at desired revenue and margin levels.

Compensation Range for this Role: $89,000 to $115,000 DOE

Specific Responsibilities :
Sales
Employ a selling strategy focused on improving the client’s business operation, allowing them to achieve their key strategic goals
Develop client-specific technical knowledge and operational expertise in order to propose relevant solutions
Promote Encore offerings persuasively, persistently, and confidently to all clients (existing and prospective) while attaining optimal profit levels
Differentiate Encore services from competitors based on benefits to the customer
Systems & Processes
Create thorough, high quality estimates, proposals and cost/benefit analysis when applicable
Obtain supervisor’s pricing approval on proposal over $50,000 prior to presenting to the client
Upon bid award, prepares complete and accurate turnover packet and initiates a turnover meeting with the appropriate operations manager
Gain approval of contract terms and conditions by upper management
Maintain tracking log of sales effort
Participate in sales meetings and various forms of sales training as directed by manager
Relationship - Management
Maintain current profile of key assigned clients including key client staff
Pursue tiered relationships with all key clients
Perform annual audit of clients business / facility
Conduct periodic reviews of activity with client to ensure full satisfaction
Inform supervisor of any significant client concerns
Refer leads to other departments within Encore
Relationship - Development
Maintain relationships with construction operations and project development groups
Solicit support from internal staff to ensure new client satisfaction
Financial
Attain revenue and margin goals as established with management
Participate in collections of accounts receivable as requested
Other duties as may be assigned

The National Electrical Code and other relevant local codes
Encore Electric’s full range of products and services
Encore Electric’s pre-planning and pre-fabrication methods
Encore internal systems and processes relevant to your function

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Journeyman Electrician’s License is also required
Five to ten years of trade experience is preferred
