In this role, you have the opportunity to be a part of Collaboration Ecosystem (University & Clinical) and drive their objectives through external partnership program.

You are responsible for

University Partnerships:

  • Establish and manage University connect for deeper Technical Collaborations

  • Establish MoUs with Key Leading University to drive partnership.

  • Support with Education Programs, Philips Branding in University and build Healthcare awareness in early university education

  • Drive University run development & research projects and IPs

  • Build Internship Programs.

Clinical Partnership:

  • Establish and manage Clinical Partnerships with Hospital and Clinical Institutions.

  • Establish MoUs with leading Clinical and Hospitals Partners.

  • Drive Clinical Programs - Clinical Investigations, Cadaver and Animal Clinical Studies, Data Collections, Key User Needs and Usability Validations etc.

  • Drive Clinical Capabilities and know-how build up for HIC employees in collaboration with Medical Institutions.

  • Collaborate at IGT Cluster level to build clinical partnerships, drive clinical capabilities.

You are a part of

Philips Healthcare Innovation Center (HIC) Pune is a product innovation center for multiple businesses with presence of R&D, Marketing, Customer Service, Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing functions. The center is focused on developing smart and reliable X-ray imaging based Diagnostics and Treatment products with enhanced patient safety to meet the unmet needs of a wide range of global hospital customer base. HIC Pune is the global head-quarters for the IGT Mobile Surgery business and it has a significant R&D presence for the Precision Diagnosis Cluster. In recent years, HIC Pune has become the hub for the growth of Diagnostic X-Ray, CT/AMI, MR and Imaging Components businesses.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Engineering / Medical

  • Must have 10+ years of experience as a Faculty of Technical Institute / University or experience in Medical industry / Clinical experience

  • Familiarity with Medical domain is preferred

  • Ability to drive across business, clusters level initiatives, manage complexities, stakeholders and drive partnership buildup with external Universities and Clinical Hospitals

  • Influencing skills.

  • Mindset to simplify and reach to solutions with speed

  • Excellent communication skills
