We are looking for an Infrastructure Management Engineer .

This position is for Pune Location.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Effectively managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure.

• This includes ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of all infrastructure components, as well as delivering high-quality asset management services, including contract management, asset register maintenance, and work order management.

Key Responsibilities:

1) IT Infrastructure Management:

• Having ability to Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, storage, and databases.

• Ensuring infrastructure reliability, performance, and security.

• Performing regular system upgrades, patches, and backups.

2) Service Management:

• Managing and supporting service management tooling.

• Ensuring compliance with defined SLAs and service quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner.

3) Asset Management:

• Maintain an accurate asset register, ensuring all assets are tracked and accounted for.

• Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

• Oversee the creation and management of work orders, ensuring timely completion.

4) Monitoring Interfaces:

• Implement and manage monitoring tools and interfaces to ensure proactive issue detection.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for infrastructure performance.

5) Service Schedules & Maintenance Plans:

• Develop and implement service schedules and maintenance plans.

• Ensure regular maintenance tasks are performed and documented.

• Optimize maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

6) Task Lists Management:

• Create and manage task lists for infrastructure-related activities.

• Prioritize tasks based on business needs and resource availability.

• Ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.

• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.

• Having An engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with good academic record.

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management.

• Strong understanding of network, server, and storage technologies.

• Experience with asset management and contract management.

• Proficiency in monitoring and management tools (e.g., Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds).

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
