Job Description Summary
Junior Engineer Assembly is responsible for all type assembly operations and produce defect free parts with continual improvement of overall productivity. Comply to the requirement of QMS, Work Instructions and Routings.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Shall have experience in fabrication & fasteners assembly. Capable of validating and ensuring customer specification compliance, knowing GE, RR, Boeing requirements will be an added advantage.
Shall have experience in assembly process. Capable of establishing different riveting, insulations, inserts, links, clips assemblies.
Shall have experience in drawing evaluation and providing inputs essential for assembly process establishment.
Ability to analyse defects, identify root causes and provide efficient solution and implement CAPA.
Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
Must be familiar with EHS practices inside workshop as well as on site.
Responsible for FAI prove outs and creating new assembly procedures/MOS’s for the same.
Qualifications/Requirements
Diploma in mechanical engineering with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Aviation Tubes and Ducts, Fabrication Industry.
Working experience with GE Aviation P Specifications.
Basic knowledge of stainless steel and Inconel tube and sheet fabrication in aviation industry.
