Kuehne+Nagel National Quality Specialist in Pune, India
You will be part of our QSHE team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
Your Role
Your main objective will be to ensure adherence to the Quality, Safety, Health + Environment (QSHE) management system at all levels.
Your Responsibilities
To conduct internal/external audits + site inspections to ensure that ISO requirements + local procedures are met.
To support external audits, ensuring timely follow up + closure of action items.
To implement programs to ensure we fulfill customer requirements for Quality + Pharma Good Practice Distribution (GPD) compliance.
To identify + deliver training to the organization to support our QSHE program.
To ensure quality control in subcontractor management, document management, handling of deviations through the tool to improve processes (TIP) + analysis.
To support in risk analysis such as safety risk assessment, security gap analysis, developing + proposing preventive measures.
To coordinate + support the implementation + maintenance of our products.
To maintain the business continuity management + plans (BCP) as well as supporting test of same when necessary.
Your Skills and Experiences
Graduation is mandatory
Relevant Experience of 4-5 years
