Screen Magic Mobile Media Pvt. Ltd. Team Lead - Account Manager ( APAC Shift) in Pune, India

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to drive revenue growth in the APAC region by leading a team of Account Managers and Account Executives. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong customer relationships, meeting revenue targets, and fostering collaboration across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and drive sales.

  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and take end-to-end ownership of accounts.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales efforts.

  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.

  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and timely follow-ups on leads.

  • Provide regular reports on team performance and revenue projections to senior management.

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to generate additional opportunities and meet revenue goals.

  • Balance account renewal, growth, and churn reduction strategies.

  • Be a player-coach, actively contributing while leading the team.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in key account management.

  • Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving targets.

  • Strong communication and email writing skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools like Tableau.

  • MBA is desirable but not required.

Education:

  • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree.

  • Desired: MBA.
