What you’ll do:
"This position will be based in Eaton’s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) in Pune.
The role of the individual will be to support the Global Trade Management (GTM) process. This role will provide leadership and support to GTM GSCCoE team.Individual will need to collaborate globally with GTM managers and VP, work on process efficiency improvent and Digital transformation. Lead needs to provide Professional and technical mentoring to Team, monitor KPI and identify Bottlenecks. The position requires an understanding of multiple trade compliance rules like US Export Control Law, Restricted Party screening, Drawbacks, country of origin, Free Trade Agreements (FTA) and HS Classification.
Individual should be Self-motivated and able to simultaneously drive multiple time-sensitive tasks."

Qualifications:
Engineering or Master's Degree from an accredited institution
6-8 years of working experience in manufacturing industries / similar industry will be required where there has been exposure on Compliance and Trade related activities.
Skills:
"1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI) for basic analytics
Strong Business Communication - Verbal & Written; should be able to drive Global strategies
Escalation Management & understanding of business criticality
SCM Domain knowledge"
"1. ERP knowledge / awareness like SAP/Oracle/Qlikview
Awareness of digital tools and technologies along with Digital mindset
Knowledge of Project and/or program management"
