Supply Chain Program Manager - Tech Venturing and InnovationJob DescriptionOverviewPepsiCo Labs, PepsiCo’s Tech Innovation arm, seeks an Innovation Leader to drive the scouting, piloting, and scaling of emerging technologies in PepsiCo’s global supply chain. The role will focus on identifying high-impact technology solutions that transform PepsiCo's growth and operational performance. Leveraging a systematic approach, this position will support integrating disruptive innovations that advance PepsiCo’s competitive edge.Responsibilities* Lead Pilot Programs:* Collaborate with Strategy and Transformation (S&T) and functional leaders to identify business needs and potential technology solutions.* Manage the end-to-end scouting and pilot process, including defining needs, evaluation, kickoff events, and securing executive sponsorship.* Oversee pilot objectives and KPIs, ensuring integration across cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., IT, Legal, Procurement).* Advance Next-Gen Priorities:* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand the technology landscape and introduce cutting-edge solutions.* Develop a technology roadmap aligned with long-term business capabilities.* Pilot and Partnership Management:* Engage with startups to align solutions with PepsiCo’s needs, providing feedback and shaping roadmaps.* Identify additional use cases for selected solutions, supporting cross-functional relevance.* Execute and Enhance the Rapid Pilot Model:* Lead each phase of the PepsiCo Labs program: identifying needs, scouting, immersion, piloting, and scale-up transition.* Optimize and document best practices to ensure streamlined processes for future pilots.* Startup Selection for POC/Pilot:* Collaborate to define strategic innovation areas, evaluate startups, and facilitate executive sponsorship.* Maintain CRM records for efficient startup management and streamline selection processes.* Manage Pilot Execution to Deployment:* Facilitate project kickoff, establish KPIs, and coordinate necessary legal and operational support.* Act as a liaison between startups and PepsiCo, removing barriers and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.* Build Business Case for Scale-up:* Partner with transformation leaders to develop business cases for scaling successful pilots, planning sector-wide and market expansion.Compensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,000 - $217,500.* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
