Enterprise System Engineering Lead

Bachelors’ Degree in IT or related field
5+ years’ experience in IT, at least 2 of which have been as a technical lead or manager
Experience with Activity Directory, SharePoint, and Cloud Technologies
Be familiar with DoD DISA STIGs and regulations, ACAS scans, etc.
Active IAT Level II certification (Security+, CCNA, etc.)
Active Secret clearance
Manage a small team of engineering professionals
Coordinates with the Program Manager and other team leads as necessary for problem support
Reviews and analyzes reports and prepares periodic reports for client
Provide cloud migration support in accordance with guidelines and in accordance with specified timelines
Ensure timely reporting of all scans to the Vulnerability management team in accordance with published timelines.
Conduct scheduled scans on a weekly basis
Management of Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft Exchange, core image build and distribution, physical servers, virtual servers, unified communications, and others
Design and manage web-based collaboration tools (SharePoint)
Management of the enterprise network’s Storage Area Network (SAN) and backup solutions (e.g. NetApp SAN, Sun Microsystems Tape Drive)
Manage and monitor storage drives, ensuring that all resources have the storage they need to operate efficiently
Configure storage and backups in accordance with DoD policies (e.g. RAID levels, drive encryptions, etc.)
Perform data transfers and hardware and software installations when MCRC upgrades storage appliances
Install, operate, and maintain VoIP services to include integration with Unified Communications systems (e.g. Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
Install, operate, and maintain system hardware and software de‐installation, move, re‐installation, and change
Maintain the necessary hardware, software, and systems documentation required for users to conduct videoconferences with other parties on the network or on other DoN, DoD, federal, or commercial networks
Operate and maintain the enterprise Storage Area Network (SAN) for storage of network data and backups
